I'll second the vote for HotWire for wiring harness. You might want to call them and tell them what you have in mind and get suggestions for year/make/model since there are some major differences in the harness vs oem equipment requirements.
Actually, near zero rust on this car. Some sheet metal damage but I even have a spare ¼ panel and hood that came with it along with a small collection of misc parts.
Since I know that it will be quite awhile until I get to the "cleaning and fixin" part, I'll offer it for sale if anyone is...

IIRC, the 74 may be different from earlier models due to the change in front suspension...someone else may be able to confirn, or deny...
I might be able to get a pic or two of the manifolds on my 73 if that helps, but as before...
My 73 still has the old F70-14 Firestone Super Sports and with the 3.55 it spins 3000 at 60mph.

Two thoughts to consider...
•There are two sizes of mini starter, about an inch difference in length. Hopefully you have the long version and can switch.
•IIRC, most headers are designed for the B-body configuration and your 74 actually has a C-body style front suspension/k-frame....close...
