To correctly recreate a missing fender tag, do I need have the build sheet, or is there some way to find the information with only the VIN? I think not, just want to be sure.
Agree- and note that the lower hole on the pump arm provides less fuel, and the upper hole, more. Wherever you set it, check the pump arm through the range of throttle motion and make sure it's not binding up anywhere.
I've got a couple of 8-3/4 gearsets to sell (eons ago we called these "punkin' seeds"). Can shippers really handle things this heavy? Can someone who shipped one offer advice on how to do it?

Mostly the Grey Poupon set, but around 24:45 a '70 Charger appears for all of six seconds. The placard reads "440 R/T SE 500 Magnum", so I'm guessing a Charger 500 with a 440 transplant?
Yep. Those are dual-plug valve covers made of paper-thin aluminum. I had a set and tried selling them- no takers. I gave them to a neighbor who at least appreciated what they were.
