Thanks Richard. I will get some of each size. It's only 3/8" long (thread) I took the remaining one out and took photos attached .

Anybody know the size of the machined Philips screws that hold the wiper switch in the dash of a 69 roadrunner. I lost one taking it out. It fell into the dash but searched high and low and no luck. Thanks ashy22

Well this is what I went for in the end. Cragar/Unique 177 Supreme Chrome 15 x 8 on the rear and 15 x 7 on the front. Tires are 255/60R15 on the rear and 215/70R15 on the front. See picture

Anybody used or seen Cragar/Pacer Supreme wheels on a Roadrunner? I saw them on a Mustang at a show and they looked cool. (picture below) The guy had them on for 10 years!

Hi all, After much pondering I am going to get my 69 Roadrunner a new set of Wheels Vintiques magnum 500's. 15 x 7 (4-1/4 BS) up front and 15 x 8 (4-1/2 BS) at the rear. I was thinking of all the usual options, Cragars, Torq Thrust 2's etc but the bird is a totally stock matching number 383 so...

My Roadrunner does it in the "Accessories" key position which is turned to the left AND in the position turned to the right, one step before you engage the starter motor. I think it may be something to do with the 2 speed wiper motor switch. I am still investigating and will post some more info...

same here.............. I have noticed that after a few erratic clicks where the ammeter goes left there is sometimes a noise like a "ping". Everything is then OK for about 5 seconds and the whole thing starts over again......... a few clicks and then a ping noise............weird!!!
