The was a motor home 1978 engine. The crank and water pump pulleys line up. I my memory having spent time as a dealership mechanic, the water pump pulley is pretty close to the WP. I'm reading here that 210 coolant temp was preferred. Has any on researched that number? I'm thinking 220 was the max.

Those generic engine accessory brackets. After finally getting the spacers right on the alternator, it was noticeable that the belt was about two degrees off center in relation to the driven pulleys. P/S same though a little more. This is a 78' 440 without A/C. The instruction sheet says it...
