Any suggestions what make to buy? I had three HP's over the years, but this last one was defective out of the box. The retailer as well as the factory both said they were not willing to make it good, that the other was the party to go to.

We are at -1 degree this morning. No for cast for snow.....yet.

The reason why maybe your relative wanted to avoid sour grapes, with other family members, that someone else got to be the first to buy.

I think I was just throwing that out there. Using a three grove pulley would make modifying the P/S pump forward, something I don't think possible. Thanks.

The was a motor home 1978 engine. The crank and water pump pulleys line up. I my memory having spent time as a dealership mechanic, the water pump pulley is pretty close to the WP.
