I’ll be restoring this 68 Gtx along with its original engine and transmission. Complete with the fender tag and build sheet. This is my dream car.

Anyone running the pertronix ready to run mechanical advance on a 440. Did it fit well?

Dad ran mopars, my uncle ran Chevy . We were a dry county until the late 90s. Most of my family died from gun shots.

I went for a ride and loved it. My first time in a 440/4 speed 3.91 combo. Felt great! I added new outer window felts yesterday. Exhaust will be Wednesday. Still have to play with the timing and carb tuning some. I’m just going to drive it like l own it. Gonna be a good summer!

These are 15” x8” 4.5 backspace. Wish I went 245 on the front.

I still have to insure and tag it before I get it on the road. I plan on driving it to the exhaust shop. I have a 3.55 laid back just in case.
