    Correct Interior?

It is a factory radio delete car. What I am trying to find out is if the style and pattern of the interior are the same as was offered by Chrysler in '65?

    Correct Interior?

Hello to all! I bought my '65 Coronet 500 about 4 years ago. The pictures show the interior that came in it and is still in the car. The question is: Is this a factory interior? I don't particularly care for it [I like vinyl interiors] but I am curious about it. Any information would be helpful...

A car show in the Arctic

I happen to think that it is great! socializing is what it's all about. I own a driver now after owning a professionally restored trailer queen and couldn't be happier! I think that the pics are wonderful. Is there a 'site that we can visit to see more of the rides?

Engine Boss Location on a 383

I'll know more after I "see" inside the cylinder with my 'scope which, BTW, just arrived today. I have a correct alternator bracket assembly coming to replace the "homegrown" assembly on it now [although it does work fine, I'm just ****], so when the bracket assembly arrives I will remove the...

Engine Boss Location on a 383

I'll check it out. My guess is that the last person that owned the car added the Tarantula intake and the headers to dress up a low compression motor to LOOK like an HP motor [lipstick on a pig]. The confusing thing for me is that I can tell by the idle that it has a small, mild cam. Wonder why...

Engine Boss Location on a 383

I will use my borescope to look at the top of one of the pistons. So, to be clear, if it has a dished piston it is a low compression [9.5:1] and if it has flattops it is higher compression? I know that I keep saying this, but I really DO appreciate your help and the help of all others involved...

    451 or 496 Stroker?

Hello to All, I am contemplating the replacement of the 383 in my Dodge with a professionally built 451 or a 496 stroker engine. I would like your opinion of these engines, your good or bad experiences, advise which of the two that you prefer & why, etc. Just any comments that you'd like to make...

Engine Boss Location on a 383

UPDATE #2.....guys, I should "background" myself. I was dyed-in-the-wool Chevrolet for 35+ years. Big & small blocks, built them, raced them, and GRENADED 'em! Then 15 years ago I finally "saw the LIGHT" and bought a MOPAR. The first was a professionally restored, #s matching '69 RR which I...
