Looking for one or two of the hubcaps specified above. Need one of the aluminum bases most of all. Less dented the better. Anodized finish less important. Pic attached.
My apologies to Op for sidetracking thread. When i initially put this brake setup on my Valiant I was sold a power brake master with a .96 (?) Dia bore for a power disk braked late "A" body. But when used on my manual brake setup it took noticable extra effort to apply the brakes. After...
Gen 1 cordoba caliper brackets, late "A" BBP spindles, '73 (only!) Fury/Imperial rotors. These one year only "C" body rotors fit all late "A", "F", "M", and "J" body spindles. Standard calipers accepted these wider rotors without modifications. Can't say if they fit "E" body spindles because...
Looking for the center plastic emblems for these two specific year Plymouth wheelcovers. Given shipping costs of late, I was hoping to find members with damaged covers with good plastic center emblems there willing to sell. Appreciate its a long shot.
'75 - '79 Gen 1 Cordoba's have the pin style caliper brackets for the 11.75 rotor. I presume bigger brakes were optional on any car regardless of engine delivered in vehicle because I've seen them on small block and big block cars. Dr. Diff's later style sliders are the affordable way to go...
Yes, the indentations around the outer perimeter of the hubcap were originally painted black. Same as the '65 Satellite spinner wheel cover. I have a few parts and pieces for these spinner caps if you are missing any.
I recently saw a '64 Sport Fury roller on Offerup.com/los angeles. Started out at 5.5K but after communicating some it has become clear he's wants to move car along so strongly believe price has become more flexible. I know it's a distance but cars like this are getting harder and harder to...
@HEMI-ITIS- Those panels are stamped aluminum, brite anodized all over and paint detailed in specific areas. If high point restoration is the goal in my experience re-anodizing is the most difficult thing to find a suitable vendor for. Of late my aluminum trim ends up polished after...
Very nice used 64 Sport Fury/ Belvedere Grille guard with attaching hardware. May be same as 65-66 "C" body Sport Fury but unsure. Very nice chrome, but not 100 point show ready. One of the mounting risers has 6-10 very small pits could not find any elsewhere. Rubber strip has imperfections but...
A week or so ago there was a person on the inland empire, caifornia craigslist parting out two cars. Don't know if he'll ship backeast. I disagree with prior respondant that 64 headlight trim wont work. Some redrilling of sheet metal is necessary but they actually look quite nice when installed...
To me the easiest way of converting (and safest functioning) is to install a different splitter/proportioning valve along with the double master cylinder. I'd use one from a later car equipped with 4 whl drum. If you change to disk later you should use the one for disk brakes at that time. Not...
