Haven’t posted anything since mid April. Car is together, running, just working out a few bugs. Was hoping to take it to Woodward Cruise but developed a gas tank leak. Solved that problem with a new Spectra tank. Here’s the photos.
Haven’t posted anything since August after the body was blasted. Made some repairs to the sheet metal. Knocked down the epoxy to save the body man some work. There are a lot of nooks and crannies on the underside of these cars.
Body went to the shop end of Dec 2018. Just picked it up April 1st...
Since beginning of April '18, my project is moving along. Stripped most of the car at home (dirty job). Glad I did as I found areas that would have haunted me later. Did the repairs and sent body out on rotisserie for blasting. Found a few pin holes and needs some repair in lower rear window...
Going for a stock look, in bright white with red interior done in S/S door panels, leaving the bench seat and back seat in done in a pattern to mimic the D100 seats.

Just bought a 1965 Belvedere 1, 2 door post on March 24/18. Rolling project, body work done and in epoxy primer right now, original 273/3 on the tree,white with red interior, rebuilt 8 3/4, '489' with 3.23 sure grip. Doing inventory on the parts, looks like everything is there. Planning on...
