    Brake MC pushrod??

So I can't upload pictures but I'll update. It's done. Here's what I did. Used a sledge and a price of 4x4 wood to knock out the pushrod from the piston after I removed the snap ring. The snap ring holds the piston assembly in the master cylinder. I could knock out the pushrod by itself so I...

That looks great!! Do I need to reuse anything from the old pushrod? Clips or any of the piston guts I just ripped out of the master cylinder? Thank you!

    Brake MC pushrod??

So I've decided to replace my master cylinder. 71 charger 318 with drums all around. No brake booster. So I took the lines off and then the pushrod was unscrewed from the brake pedal. I've read that the pushrod can be forced out of the old master cylinder, just damaging internal parts I don't...

    318 cylinder head removal

Ok that worked. Thanks for that idea! What I'm trying to solve now is getting to the head bolt behind the exhaust on the passenger side. Seems tight and I'm not sure how to get that middle bolt behind the exhaust. Might have to remove the exhaust I guess?

So either I'm missing something or this rust is hardcore! I have the 5 lower cylinder head bolts out and the 6 upper bolts out. The intake manifold is on the garage floor. The exhaust is off the head but for the life of me can't bust the dern head off! Crowbar. 2x4 and rubber mallet. Breaker bar...

    318 cylinder head removal

Hey everyone. First of all thanks for all the help you guys have already given me. My engine runs because of it lol. So it was running. I lost compression on my entire left bank after it sat for a few months. Figured I'd check head gaskets. So I've got the valve cover off. Pushrods out. Intake...

Trying to find a new hub...help!

Would you mind checking for part numbers KH70589 or 3580630 on them? It appears Kh made the drum/hubs and Chrysler gave them a different part number

Trying to find a new hub...help!

Hey everyone. So I'm an idiot and didn't know my front hub and drum were connected. So heating it and banging it with a hammer resulted in cracking the hub before I realized it just slides off as one piece. It says d4 and the next line down says KH70589. I've learned Kh probly means Kelsey...
