Thinking about putting in some comfortable bucket seats in my 1970 GTX. Is this a huge pain in the but?

Any suggestions on how to fix this? I'm missing the bar for the accessory fuse at the top. If anyone knows exactly what this fuse is for I would appreciate it. I know it's for accessories but what exactly.

Thanks for everyone's help, epecially Shorthorse. All lights working now. It was a problem at the fuse box wiring harness. Boy my fuse box is old and looks like it's just waiting to cause problems.
