I bought these years ago off EBay for my ’69 Road Runner. That is what they were described as, but I didn’t look at the pictures close enough. I believe they are for a ’68-69 Dodge Coronet (somebody correct me if I’m wrong). Part numbers stamped on them are 2856631-72580 and 2856630-72580...
not a '64 but this is what I did on my '69. Disc front, drums rear, I was told by SSBC to put the proportion valve as close to the distribution block as possible and where it is easy to adjust (little black box to the left of distribution block). Has been working great.
here is a pic of an original I took off. the cable going inside the car would hook up on the lower tab shown on the left and slide on the same rod as the short cable. they are held on with a push on lock nut/washer (or whatever they call it)
