That’s funny, we are moving to New Braunfels early next year. My wife is from San Antonio and we are moving back there as soon as my project in Germany is finished. She is arriving there on 7th January.

Based on what I see other projects sell for, I would say offer him 25k cash. If he takes it great, if not then I would move on. That's just me though.
