I wish I had more resources to apply to my growing interests in mentoring. And even philanthropy. I don't know if these growing interests are due to growing age? But I bet there is a connection.

Currently? $55/hr base if employed who pays 1/2 SSA, bulk of health insurance, and overhead. $55/hr x 2 if as subcontractor. $55/hr x3 as general contract. Of course this is VERY fluid depending on circumstances. (And current NEED) But it's at least my measuring stick.
