As to the tires in FAST, all the cars I know are running repro tires that anyone can buy. No special rubber no soaking in mineral spirits, no retreads. Some will cut the treads down to the wear bars or break in the sidewalls but that’s it. B

Heads up. Pro tree. Cars are broken down into 8 car fields by ETs.

Rules specify that intake must be correct material. Can’t even get away with aluminum

Going to be working on suspension. My 60’s are lagging compared to the other cars in my ET range. Also learned that it responds favorably to lower shift points so will continue to try different shift points.

Fixing all those bad angles sucks to do but it can be done.

The Thermoquad intakes are marginally better than the earlier units. That said, still not good.

A third more sorted build, 499” pump gas solid roller went 11.5 at 117
