Actually,it does,yes. It confirms that I have to connect the yellow wire to the light switch with a short jumper wire and the pink to the dome light fuse supply.

The point that I was trying to make is that there had to be a location where the console lights connect to the factory wiring .Pnora gave me what think is the answer. My console yellow wire plugs into the door switch and the switch wire then plugs into a jumper on that plug. The console pink...
May used harness arrives on ups supposedly on Tuesday. I should be smarter by then. In the meantime,I want to thank everyone who has tried to point me in the right direction
Can you tell me where those console wires would plug in under the dash? I can't seem to find an empty plugin anywhere under there. Is there,perhaps,a different dash harness for use with a console?
My thoughts were ,that there should be a factory location in the dash wiring for the console lights. Apparently not,so I figured I would jumper into the a pillar connection for the courtesy lights and connect my console there.
I am installing a console in my 4 speed 67 coronet and have purchased a light wiring harness. I am trying to figure out where that harness plugs in under the dash. My wiring diagram says it plugs into the instrument panel but I don't see where. I have replaced the dash harness with one from H&H...
