The wheel is not round either like all the Re-pops

Unfortunately, the only Re-pops are 64 and later for Belveders and Sport Furys. The 64 Savoy wheel is unique... That is why I am only looking for a core. The ribbing on the spokes is different and the wheel is not exactly round like the later wheels.
