    Yes. the pulley itself on the ac belt groove is (was) suspended in rubber and vulcanized to the pulley, i presume to help in damping. but there is a balancer inboard from the pulley and this is at the most outboard end. is there another non damped pulley i can use?

    Colorado Dave, it looks like BPE only makes then for 70 and later. I dont know what the difference is. It turns out my had one of the 3 groove pulleys with a heavy rubber damper and the rubber failed and that is how the A\C portion of the pulley was attached. it seems to be a hard part to...
