I know this is an old post but I want to interject that you can do a decent tune on a stock ECM from 03 if you take them time to wire in an SMT6 or SMT8, etc. It's harder to get it right using the crap ECM BUT it can be done.

Well I'm new here and yeah, I need full rear quarters for my '67 Bel. I have been looking at all the options and asking who I knew about it. The answer is the same as on here, "nothing but junk that hardly works". Oh well...
