I have asked the same question and someone directed me to your post. I was trying to find out how many 1968 Black Hemi Chargers were produced. Without vinyl top/stripe delete in my case. Do you still think there were only 7 in black made total?

The original owner purchased those new sometime in 69 or 70, if I remember what he told me correctly. They have been on the car ever since then. Frank was a big Nascar fan.

These cars are out there. It can and is frustrating to find what your looking for. Eyes and ears open will prevail. Between 1974 and 1982, these cars where unwanted as a whole. Even the high dollar ones of today. I know a person who bought one of these cars for $20 bucks back in the late 70's. I...
