Ok You might want to consider actually having experience with something before giving advice. It would be a lot more credible.

You What you are pointing at with the blue thing is the axle flange, not a rotor. You need to measure the outside diameter of the circle that you are pointing at. The brake rotor needs to fit over that. The other part you are holding is the backing plate for the drum brakes. If I was you, I...
