I wonder if your clutch fan is pulling enough air at higher rim. My GTX doesn't use a clutch fan and it runs cool . 7 blade fan and factory shroud.

Like that winch idea. One thing, is your lift bolted down or do you have to tie it to the building to use the winch. Mine isn't bolted down so I would have to tie the lift to the building. Maybe I just need to mount the winch to the building.
