    A833 4 speed second gear trouble

    You could have mismatched synchros. Seen it before 67/68 synchros are different from 69 /70 and if they are not matched it makes it hard shifting. So if you put in the wrong year if you changed them, that could be the trouble. If not I would go through shifter and clutch linkage settings.

    I would pull your bulbs and test the circuits with a volt meter, see if your getting good ground and proper voltage. You may have a corroded connection in your harness

    I’ve run Hemi’s, 440s 383s 340s since the early 70s. 3 core rad cast water pump from back in the day and 160 thermostat. Never had a cooling problem in 50 years of building my cars
