Do you have photos of the interior? How about a fender tag photo? Does the car have all the original sheet metal? What have you changed that isn't stock? Thanks, Sean
Thanks for the advice. I am hoping to be able to check out the car in Seattle. I have been watching that Blue GTX on Craigslist. Looks like a nice car, and I asked for a photo of the Fender tag, since in the video it says that it is pretty far gone. They sent me a couple photos and the fender...
I asked for additional photos and videos, and I think I will stay patient and see what happens with the price. The engine compartment looks decent and appears to be original, but the trunk looks like there is some surface rust and its pretty dirty. For the price, I think I can get a better...
Thank you for the advice. I am very interested in the car, and would benefit from not having to ship a car here and being able to drive over for a look at the car. I am just having a hard time determining the value of the car, I guess its a matter of opinion :)
Thanks 67GTX440. My only concern buying a car around here would be rust, so Ill make sure we take a really good look at it. Hopefully this car is the one.
Hopefully I will be able to take a look at the car in person soon. Any suggestions what I really need to closely look at? I know I need to take a magnet but haven't really inspected an older car before.
I found a 67 GTX in the Seattle Craigslist. From what I have gathered, the car has the date correct engine and transmission and the car now has magnum wheels. The car currently has a holly carb, but the original carb is with the car, and needs a rebuild. Also, the gas gauge doesnt currently...
I did take a look at that one. Very nice looking car but located a little further then what I wanted to have to pay for shipping from coast to coast. And I would like to stay as close to original/ numbers matching as possible.
Thank you very much for the help guys. I just spoke with the owners and from what they said, there are photos and documents of the restoration. They have the parts to convert back to AC, and there is Old dash with gauges that goes with the car. The car has all the right vins and date codes on...
Thanks for the advice. How do I determine which cars are better than others for that price range? Both of those cars look good to me. I also like that bronze one, but I would like to find a car from the middle of the USA over to the West Coast to reduce shipping costs. What gauges on the Copper...
Good Afternoon Mopar Enthusiasts,
I found this GTX. It was restored in 2008 and supposedly numbers matching. The certicard is with the car but I do not believe the Build Sheet is. The car is located in the midwest so I would have to fly out and then ship back, so I am trying to figure out if...
