I rented a brand new Jeep wrangler rubicon recently It was the 4 cyl turbo. Engine noise was really annoying. Power was ok but I couldn’t deal with the engine noise.

I have that intake and an edelbrock carb on my 440. The air grabber stuff isn’t installed yet as the rear of the air cleaner metal hits the hood. Just hits, line to line. I am probably going to cut some height off the reproduction 440 base. Not sure how much I need so will have to sneak up on it.

I lived there until 1989 with my old cars. Remember having to do smog on my 66 mustang and 69 camaro. Both had the original Ca. only smog stuff on the engines too. It was ridiculous then. Even more ridiculous now. Ignorance of reality is defined again in Ca.

Yep, same here same autobahn and the speed limited rental car Mercedes 155 mph. Wife never asked how fast or the fight would have started.
