Pedal only sinks when car is running. Pedal is firm after bleeding when car is not running. Someone told me that the push rod in the booster may have too big of a gap?
installed 4 wheel disc brakes and bled them yesterday. The brake pedal became hard after bleeding but when I started the engine the brake pedal goes completely too the floor, no hard brake pedal at all. What could be the issue? Car is a 70 Road Runner.
I have having major issues getting my A833 transmission to shift correctly. I put a pin to lock the shifting mechanism in neutral and then shortened or lengthened the rods to fit correctly. Only the reverse gear works. The other gears hardly shift at all and when I put the car in what I assume...
Just bought a set of door lock ferrules from OER. The don't exactly snap in securely and are very loose. Is there someone else who makes a ferrule that snaps in securely?
There is a small pin and I believe a couple of plastic washers that are used when attaching the bench seat back. Does anyone know where I can get this? Picture attached.
You were exactly correct! The race was not installed correctly and should have been deeper in the rotor. Talked with pirate Jacks at length and they were shocked. They are sending us two new front rotors. Thanks for your help!
More Pictures. Rotor wont go back any further than this and bearing is all the way into the rotor. Calipers will not go on. Its like race is not down far enough into the rotor.
