    So you simply signed the title and turned it over to him without filling it out? No bill of sale? Sounds like he was planning to resell it and realized he can’t make money on it. It will be curious to see what his next step is. If he sends you a letter, he’s preparing to sue you.

    Take it back. Sell it for more money. Honestly, I’d read your BOS carefully. Does it say “sold as is where is without warranty after an inspection?” What state did the sale occur? Can he sue you in another state and require you to hire an attorney there? Are there any misrepresentations...
