This is my own design for the system, but it might give you an idea on layout. Make sure you have enough clipping points if you are running hard lines- mine cracked at a brazed joint and I am going to have to repair it before the summer.

Well my 'just make it work' solution was to drill and tap a hole in the arm for a 8-32 set screw and tighten that down against the spline as much as possible. We will see how that holds up.

Thats the same issue as my 72 Satellite with oe panels. I have considered trying a chrome strip tape, but Im not convinced it wont just peel up and make things look worse.

Does anyone have a solution for repairing the trim with new rubber have a generic solution or other model that would work? I just moved to a state where it rains and need the window seals to function. I'm considering trying late model challenger trim, but I think it's a little short.
