I just found out that my leak is from the linkage is this washer sealer 106,000. Supposed to have rebuilt before I bought .... A type error. Should I buy a high volume or high pressure or it doesn't matter and where should I buy it?

I found out today that the leak on the transmission is from the kickdown linkage has play onto the transmission. How should I fix this?

Oil pressure is 75ish at cold start up. What should it be? It has 35 40 at idle when hot

Forgot to mention when it does start after changing the oil and that finally get oil pressure a reading on my gauge is 75 lb
