1972 Dodger Charger 440 need some input on electron module

I do have the old one, but all the guts came out of it and ran down the firewall. Car has no spark, but I have yet to really dig in the troubleshoot the issue. I’ll keep the old one and install the new one as a shotgun approach. If still no spark, I’ll start tow ts it.

1972 Dodger Charger 440 need some input on electron module

I was able to have a look at the heater/AC control unit tonight and I do see a black/white strip connected. So, that black/white remains a mystery!

1972 Dodge Charger SE 440 where does this wire go?

Enclosed is a picture of the wire. It seems to be a ground and it is in the harness that contains the wires for the windshield wiper switch. I don’t see anywhere on the switch that looks like a tab broke off, but who knows?!
