If its close to show quality then maybe there is, But the economy has hurt the collectors car market quite a bit, and people dont have 20 grand sitting around to throw at a car anymore, I would check the numbers because if all you said is true, then it might be quite a rare car

the a500 is a more modern small block trans used on the 360's of the 80's. Good stout little trans, im not sure but i think it may require an adapter bellhousing, dont hold my feet to the fire on that, but for an overdrive kit your looking upwards of 2 grand for a decent one, so replacing trans...

thanks for all the replies, Im gonna go with the 8-3/4, and probably replace gears. I have been looking for a set of headers that will clear the power steering on the drivers side, but most of the ones that say they will have a long list of complaints from people having to make "modifications"...

Rust If the car has any rust through at all then i would probably pass, because if the rust is bad enough that it has eaten through then the whole car probably has cancer. Also major body work is a time eater. pictures would definatly help

Found a great deal on a champion radiator and 2 12' electric fans, I was hoping i could get rid of my b-17 style engine driven fan, and go all electric. Its a 22 inch radiator, three row. Dont know if champion makes good radiators or not. thanks!

Thanks, i just talked to my buddy mark, and he has had three transmissions rebuilt from this place, and all are working good, And one of them is behind a procharged 512ci stroker running 800+ on nos, so i think ill be good with 4-450 :angel1:
