US Body has Hoods fenders and bumpers, there not cheap though. they offer both race weight and heavy duty.

I have been considering trying to fix it. Looks kike it would pull pretty easy if the inner panel was cut free. As for the door; it is only dented on the outer skin, so perhaps it could be fixed as well.
