It was dynoed with dual quads, more power to be had once i get the A/F up into the 12's/13's.
Did a stock rebuild, my first Mopar/first Hemi so I wanted to be conservative.
Did not have proper selection of metering rods at the time of the dyno pull.
The charge is awesome...

Running a bit rich given up some HP and torque.
Did not have enough metering rods to go leaner at the time.
Made: 422HP @ 5700 RPM & Torque 445 lb./ft. @ 3400 RPM

Perhaps the reason has to do with cars built with AC vs. non-AC.
Below is a picture from the Mopar part book regarding radiators.
This listing describes radiator width details, perhaps this will help you narrow down possibilities.

I hear you, my 1972 442 W-30 4 speed has manual disc brakes and the car stops fine with a bit more pressure than power break cars.
