I just received some additional information from Galen today and his research indicates that my car is 1 of 1 that is known to exist in the color combination and options. Could be more out there but who knows?
Yes, it is in the current issue of Mopar Action. With only 656 hartops produced in 2 tone paint they are quite rare. You have one, I have one and I know of 2 others that still exist. There may be more but you never see them.
Do you have any plans of putting yours back to original?
At home pictures. In case you're wondering about the exhaust tips.......Paul's helper grabbed the wrong set off the shelf so the correct ones will be on shortly.
Jesus said that even He did not know when He was returning, only His Father knows. However, when you hear that the Jewish Temple is being rebuilt in Jerusalem pack your bags cause time will be short. The prophet of Saturday's end of time probably forgot to read that part of the Book and he...
I drove the car yesterday for the first time since October 4, 2004 and it was well worth the wait. I'll try and post some finished pictures that were taken today. I bought this car in March of 2001 and took it apart starting on Oct. 4, 2004. Paul Jacobs and Troy Angelly handled the...
It is great that you joined this site. Beautiful car and beautiful country. I am amazed at the number of muscle cars that have made it across the Atlantic. No wonder our car count is down.

Pictures of the car in its current conditon would also help. Do you know where the car spent most of its life? A western car, that is somewhat rust free may be worth more than one that spent its life in the cold noth or midwest where we are addicted to salt in the winters.
Another thing...
Welcome and I too am sorry for the passing of your father. I think it is quite unusual for a car to stay in the same family for all those years and it is good to hear that you are going to breathe life back into a car that obviously meant a lot to him.
Concerning a quality restoration...
Well the car is 100% done, been road tested, with no issues, so I'm off to Evansville next Saturday to pick it up. I'll post the completed pictures once I get it home. We are planning to take it to the Nats so look for it there. It will be in the judged section. It's not OE perfect but...
A good set of aluminum heads that breath might be a less expensive way to enjoy your 383. Even if you have the cast 906 heads they do not breath very well in the upper rpm range. They are good for low end torque but starve the cylinders on the bigger end. Your compression, cam, timing, carb...
