Hey Rene, yeah Larry, same Mark here. I've had a few dif' cars in the past year or two already, now I have a collection of Ford trucks, Lightnings. Don't kill me yet, I'm hunting down a mopar again.
I really want a '68 charger cause if I get a '69 or '70, I'll for sure build a Daytona clone...
Right on, at least you have a mopar to work on that you own. Me, customer cars as well up to my ears.
I'm looking though for a '68 charger roller. I might have found one also, I'll keep you up to date.
In the mean time, I started collecting Lightnings, which isn't a bad thing either IMO...
Hotrod, after viewing photos. It doesn't look that far off, go for it.
I sold my bird clone to be last Monday also, made about $3800.00 by doing nothing basically.
Bought another '72 Dart the other night, #9 A body for me now.
Oh, and no, wife doesn't know about it yet either, hahaha...
Pop quiz, I don't well on tests. I understand your reasoning. I almost want to apologise for sounding off like I did. Hey, non of my projects are drivers yet, so shut my mouth more-less, ha-ha.
My Dart is awaiting paint booth time, my bird clone is in a friends sgarage due to wife doesn't know...
My two cents. Building a wing car clone isn't easy as most know. Take your Daytona clone for instance: No rear window plug even w/car completely finished wouldn't look complete, not just in your eyes but others as well.
Take your time and build it like a true clone. I know, donate a rear...
