Yes, it’s a single filament. So the 1156 is a single, therefore you think that is the correct bulb #?

I have a “65 coronet 500” and I had a tail light bulb go out. I replaced it and decided to check the backup light bulb. There wasn’t one. Does anyone know if the backup light takes the same bulb as the tail light bulb, which is a 1157. Thanks

Hi, I am putting a 3:91 gear in my 65 Coronet 500. I currently have a 741 case with a ( I think) 2:76. I bought a 742 case with a 3:91. Does anyone know if the 741 & 742 cases are the same length? Just wondering if I have to shorten the driveshaft. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your help, I can’t make out the numbers on the pad in front of the intake and the numbers on the passenger side of the block is 2536430-9. I will try to check out the 3rd option. Thanks again for your help.

Thank you for the add. I recently bought a 65 Coronet 500 and love it. I need some help. My engine block is a 440,# is 2536430-9. Can anybody help me with the year of this engine based on that? Thanks in advance.
