    You can swap the ignition wire from cylinder #1 with a spare ignition wire just to see if it runs better and do the same thing with cylinder #3

    The lower control arm socket just needs to be turned counter clockwise to the next flat. With the torsion bar removed you can see the lower control arm bushing.

    The 625 CFM Carter AVS carb was original on 383 4bbl cars, so no jet changes required. If you can find a good used original carb it will work really good right out of the box.

    That looks like an original Mopar Hi-stall torque converter, maybe 2300 rpm. If it has low miles on it I would use it the way it is. JMHO

    This Mopar M1 aluminum RB intake manifold is the only one that is the stock height, it has an operating range from idle to 5800 rpm part# P4529118 Last produced late 1990s but I have seen used ones for sale.
