it was the rubber line between the tank and steel line. The steel line was pulled up into trunk and the rubber line got kinked

Hi is this the correct oreintation of the sending units. The tank is keyed so it can be installed like this or upside down In this orientation you will see that the vapor tube would be closer to the top of the tank
