I just have a 68 69 wheel with original plating on the spokes for 500.00 shipped. Just the wheel. No horn components. The pictures are in this thread.

The holes on the spokes are for the plastic piece that goes between the wheel and column. It's a spacer. The holes do not show when everything is assembled.
