Need to change the clutch setup in my 70 roadrunner.
I, was told that you need to support the engine to change out the clutch.
Is it really needed to be supported and what is a good way to do it if you should have to support it.

The cam is hydraulic.
Do not know about the timing set, Knowing the guy that built the engine, I, would say it is from mopar.
Cam gear has S380 on it and the crank has 7-07, 1098A engraved on it.

The cam set is out of my 440. Took it out about a week ago.

Does MOPAR stamp or engrave the part number on the cam shaft ends? Or are the numbers that I, have on the end of this cam, production, serial and date code numbers?

Just removed the Cam shaft from my 440.
I, was told it is a 509 purple shaft. 1st part of cam shaft is purple in color.
The numbers on the end are

Hi, and thanks, placed intake, carb and air cleaner on it today. Have about a 1/4" of clearence at the wing nut. Guess that works.

I, have a 1970 Road Runner with a Air Grabber Hood and a 440 cid Want to install a Edelbrock Performer RPM 440 intake. Looks too tall to fit!!!
Has anyone done this installation on this car? What problems if any did you have?
