I was in the second grade in 62. riding in the backseat of my dads 1961 new yorker convertible .On one ride with my mom and dad with the top down, we drove over a big crest and down the steep hill, my mom turned around and didn't see me and thought i flew out, they found me on the floor...

when i hired out on the railroad , the emd were called the cadilacs and ge , well, at least they made good lightbulbs, now 43 years later. i love the ge widebody, comfort cab over anything else.

recently removed mine on the 63 savoy and i think it was installed wrong, previous owner had the bracket on the bottom of the k member with the bolt facing downward, shouldn't it be the opposite with the bracket on the lip of the k member and bolt going in from the bottom , thanks in advance...
