Yes sir. I tried to pry it off with a flathead but it was so tight I got nervous I would ruin something.

The rear view mirror on my 1970 RR is loose, so I'm looking to tighten it up. I removed the 3 screws on the housing, but I cant seem to get the housing to come off. Are there any tricks?

Do I have to remove the windshield seal in order to remove the dash pad?

My blinker switch went out. While disassembling the column I noticed the blinker switch retainer/hold down plate is missing. Can someone tell me if this part is needed since the screws already hold the switch in place? If needed, are there any reputable online stores that sell them?

Finally got a timing light hooked up... Looks like 15 initial and 20 total without vacuum. 35 total with vacuum

I added the adjustable PCV valve, and the accelerator pump seems to be working fine, but I'm still stumbling in first gear. It's like I'm trying to take off in third gear. Anybody got any other ideas?

It’s got a Edelbrock 750, and it is in fact a thumper cam

Can I install the adjustable PCV in place of one of the breathers on the valve covers? Or do I need both breathers to stay in place?

I'm curious if it would resolve the issue if I added a PCV valve and moved the brake booster line to the outlet on the back of the carb.

Can someone please explain the best way to disassemble the reverse detent assembly? I've heard horror stories of guys dropping the ball in the ball into the transmission, so I'm hoping to avoid that. Also, is there anything special to re-installing the assembly?
