Thanks guys much appreciated!
Mine has to have fuel poured into it for a cold start and occasionally likes to stall and a stop sign or give way etc.
I have played around with it but I think it definitely needs a reco.
Cheers
Hi all
My polara has the stock 2 barrel carby on it, I was wondering whether or not to replace it with a Holley or reco the original carby ?
What are your thoughts ?
Cheers Sean
Thanks mate they look great !
I was thinking of getting some torque thrust style wheels with black spokes but not sure if they would wash out a bit. If that makes sense
There is a washer and the thread is a bit stuffed at the end but I can get the nut on past the spilt pin hole, haven't tried tightening it up against the key yet though
Thanks mate
Hi all
Just wondering if anyone has any pics of the wheel and tyre set up they have done on a 63 4 door polara ?
I've seen a lot of 2 door pics but not many sedans.
Just trying to make mine look a bit better. Its stock and I have been messing around with the std rims a bit .
Cheers
Thanks for all the info guys much appreciated!
What would cause the split pin to break do you think ? Age ? I haven't had the rear wheels off yet so I'm not sure .
Hi all
I had a rear axle nut come loose the other day, I pulled over before I lost the wheel .
Just looking at it today and was wondering if anyone has any pics of how the drum etc should look ?
Its just different to what I'm used to seeing here Australia
No worries mate but I will happily drive my 63 model parts car and take it to shows for as long as I have it, it's pretty rare over here just not as sexy as the coupes for most.
I find when I go to car shows here in Australia a lot of people don't know what it is and pretty much just walk past the Dodge
It's only really the Mopar people that stop and look
I like being different and original so that's all good haha
Here's a pic of me being overshadowed by my brother's...
