What’s the best valve cover gasket for a 68 383 using the chrome MP valve covers? I bought Mr. Gasket Ultra Seals from Mancini but the fit is not good and they have no alignment tabs. Thanks!
ckessel and matthon, are you reinforcement welding the pivot shaft sleeve inside the k-member box? And, doing so aides in keeping the pivot shaft from turning inside the k-member and bushing when installed and torquing the nut to spec? With my k-member installed and both sides of my suspension...
Thanks ckessel. Provided proforged lock nut was threading on incorrectly. Was able to remove junk nut and repair threads as best possible. Now have a non lock nut on and thinking I’ll go with a lock washer or a nyloc
Proforge greasable pivot, poly LCA bushing, and with weight of car (with engine) on front suspension, provided pivot lock nut spinning pivot prohibiting torque to 130lb/ft. Any advice appreciated.
