    Don't zero deck your block. There's so many other things that get affected besides your intake manifold. FYI if you go ahead and do zero deck your block is that your pushrods are now too long.     Ya know I always thought the sameway . I wanted to at 1 point in time make a set of " D- Ralleys " wider so I gathered up a set of Cragers. What I found was steel encased with aluminium that was welded to the rims. So I think you'll be fine with nothing to worry about.

    I just removed all the left hand threaded studs and replaced them with right hand threaded studs. Problem solved.
