Ya know I always thought the sameway . I wanted to at 1 point in time make a set of " D- Ralleys " wider so I gathered up a set of Cragers. What I found was steel encased with aluminium that was welded to the rims. So I think you'll be fine with nothing to worry about.

I just removed all the left hand threaded studs and replaced them with right hand threaded studs. Problem solved.

I feel ya. I got 4 B-bodys and I have stopped on all of them. 1-Roadrunner, 2-'73 satellites, and 1 '74 Satellite. AMD and other so-called supporters are no help. They won't even conside repopping body panels for them. @ year only they say. How long's it gonna take before those 2 year only cars...

Title pretty much sums it up. I got a 66/67 383 complete , never torn down. Trans is still bolted to it, the way I bought it. Had a gent contact me about selling it. What's a rebuilder & trans worth? Btw, 2bbl carb, non HP engine.
