Guys Shop is Nice...In The Philippines

Incorrect. Maybe he figured it was one of the 121,538 mustangs built in 1964, often referred to 1964.5. BTW its ok, I refer to a car guy as a car enthusiast. This guy knows his car models, engines, production years of most American made muscle cars makes and models.

    360 oil pan gasket

In my 77 cordoba I've replaced the gasket and pan a couple times. I didn't have to remove anything, although I have a 440 in it so that could be why I didn't need to remove the cross link. I fought oil pan leaks for a long time and I finally ended the leaks with a new oil pan. The...

8.75 489 Case Swap – Best Place to Buy New Plug & Play (’71 road runner 383 4-speed)

I have the 4.10, 3.91, 3.55, 3.23. I like the 3.55 but prefer the 3.23. I find the 3.55 still scream at highway speeds but the 3.23 do not.

    Budget conscious Performance Upgrades

IMO better cam, valve springs (if stock won't work), and bump up the compression a little. My 440 woke up with higher compression. You probably use high octane fuel anyways. With the car weight & driver and your gears, I think you'll do high 12's. Want better? More money. To make...

    Requesting cam choice recommendations/insight

I’ll see what’s in my mailbox. I never use it. I didn’t use the whiplash cam. I filled out their form for a cam recommendation and then talked to the guys there. The cam they recommended me I really like. So far my favourite. It has very very quick throttle response and sounds very...

    Propane conversion

My 2018 Ram Rebel runs on propane. My previous 2009 GMC Sierra ran on propane. I converted them both. They both run great with no issues, no noticeable decrease in power or fuel consumption. The kits hook up to almost any engine without any mods. My Ram has a 5.7 hemi and the...

    What flips your happy switch?

For 30 years my best buddy and I get together once a week for the whole day. One week I cook lunch and dinner and next week he cooks. I look forward to it every week. We call it 'Wednesday' because it's usually on a Wednesday. If one of us needs to change the day, we still call it...

suggestions for replacing hedman headers on 1972 duster 318

TTI. The last headers you'll ever buy. Btw, if you are otherwise happy with the Hedmans, take a look at how flat the flange is. Lay the flange on a flat table. On my old set of hedmans, I went to a engine shop and had them plane them flat. They sealed like new again.
