I spoke with the owner. It has rust around the sail panel area, and the quarters are starting to bubble in various places. I believe he said the paint was at least 20 years old and was in need of new paint.

I thought this car was sold to a flipper in Massachusetts, then sold on E-Bay. The flipper also had it on Moparts.

This is my 1969 Charger SE 383 hp AT on the column with roughly 40,000 original miles. The original 383 blew in 1971, the local Dodge dealer installed a new 383. This is a A/C car, the A/C is not on it, but I do have most, if not all of it. I am the second and fourth owner of this car. . . I...
