I spoke with the owner. It has rust around the sail panel area, and the quarters are starting to bubble in various places. I believe he said the paint was at least 20 years old and was in need of new paint.

I thought this car was sold to a flipper in Massachusetts, then sold on E-Bay. The flipper also had it on Moparts. If you still have it, I am a cash buyer in Fort Wayne Indiana and looking for one of these. I have had thread in the "wanted" section on here for a month.
