I can’t remember the exact number now but I did measure it from the recess today and it was just right at an inch.

Brewers confirmed that the 5.72 is in the area where that is supposed to be.

No that’s just on the table.

Measurement from the friction surface of the flywheel to the trans mounting surface of the bell housing is 5.72in The height of the pressure plate to the part of the fingers that the TO bearing touches is 2.95in

Thats what my brain was telling me. If anyone has a flywheel for an externally balanced 440+6 lying that they’d like to take measurements and post, that would be pretty rad.

I don’t have a picture of the new TO bearing at the moment.
