How do you set up your Alignment for strip?

I set mine same as Doug suggests . Though as mine is a street/strip car I dont raise it to set toe , I go 1/16-1/8 toe . With mine set for 5 1/2"front rise from standing height Caster is +0.5/0.75 Camber 0 . This is with stock arms . Mine has Caltracs so Calvert recommend 5" + öf upwards...

    Race weekend this weekend .

Doug . With my converter even though it stalls @ 6000 over about 2000 i find i am concentrating more on the brake than tree. I am only leaving @ 1800 or 2000 choice dependent footbrake . A bit more testing to come Tex

The Elephant In The Room: unloading the load from a B-body.

Man I see some of the weightloss and its really well thought out . As a street car Im close to easy pegged out weight loss . I guess I could step up a class to Super Sedan , then I can run without exhaust . But I prefer to run footbrake not box . Tex

    What Heads ?

im more thinking 540 or 572 ci no replacement for displacement . Tex PS my World iron block added 90lbs but runs the same et & mph as factory block plus doesnt drop power as it gets a bit warmer in later rounds or hot days .

    What Heads ?

Im going to go another way in thought . If you still have a factory block why not put the money into a 4.5 bore block , maybe aluminium . Even if using your current top end ? Drop weight , pick up cubes . Big bore will definately help . And give you room to change top end later for even more...
