It's solid once moved to different settings. door moves as it should and stays. it's a complete rebuilt box with new foam and gaskets.

so is there anyway to make the heat and ac selections blown near what vent speed is ?

Install is done. Ac pulls down to almost 42°. It's awesome and I love it. Best thing I ever did.

HOW much for some insulation. Mine melted just from heat under hood... Or a link where I can get some.

does it come with the thermostat bulb or the one that goes into the feed line?
