My cats are having a great time with the tree. It's their 1st Christmas.

Put the fake tree and outside decorations up yesterday before the Thanksgiving feast began in the afternoon at my brother in-laws, he lives next door.

Sorry to hear your news. I've been thru it 4 times so l understand what you're going through. I've always lucked out getting a new job from networking with my contacts, longest l was out of work was 8 months during the 2008 recession. Something will pop up soon l'm sure as the tech industry is...

I'd say nothing is truly ever done as there is always something that might need to be tweaked here or there, now or in the future. I'd even include washing, waxing, detailing, oil changes...etc...so in short there's always something to do.
