Seeing your just looking for some touch up paint, I wouldn't worry about it. One thing to remember is if your car has the factory paint on it, it's aged 50+ years and the color has shifted away from the stock color. Now if you're repainting the entire car then l would get the stock color mixed...

Just took a look in the basement and lucked out l still have a can of it. 1980 Nissan Rally Red.

In my case as my car had a respray it came up as some red from 1985 which l can't remember but let's say it was Toyota red. Either way the color matched what was on my car.

I went to a paint shop and they used a special camera to get the correct color Red (PP1) for some touch up paint. They match what color is on the car to what is in the colors database

Welcome aboard, let's get some more pics. To see if it's numbers matching look for the numbers to match the vin on the radiator support core, engine, transmission and under the trunk lip.

According to the Dave Wise book, 68-69 ink color was red. Yellow started being seen by the 3rd week of 69.
